:)Hi, Im 21 and live in a very very small town. i work from 5pm til about 11pm but im a night owl... so i dont go to bed til anyttime between 2-5am! therefor i dont wake up til 2pm... i really want to get in the habit of sleeping a normal pattern, and getting up in the morning to run, but dont know how! also with this time frame my eating is mostly picking at work ( i work in a buffet) so its all fried food, and breads... i eat all the time -- when im bored, when im sad, when im happy -- food is everything. any advise would be great! this is by far the best site ive ever been on... please re-post for me :) thanks
