hi all,
I am a 57 y/o female, medical professional.. wanting to lose the wieght. I currently walk the dog 1 mile plus 3-5 x day( depending on day and weather). I'm trying to up my exercise,, to tone and lose weight.
I usually have egg whites/oatmeal or fish and vegs breakfast.. yogurt and 6 nuts mid am, lunch is often last nights dinner( today beef barley soup)..often same snack late afternoon. and dnner..Thai salad tonight.
I've lost weight 3 x,, all with diet and exercise,, but after I lost it the last time,, i caught west nile virus.. now harder than ever to lose..
suggestions welcome.
want to lose the belly, fat legs, tricep fat and love handles.
i work 4 days /week...also work geneology dept on sat..
