ok so obviously im new to here and the whole online weight help in general. im just shy of 24 and have 2 kids (3yr and 9mo) ive managed to drop 30lbs in about 3 months on my own going from 200 to 170ish. im happy with how my arms and legs are shaping out from walking and lifting kids and found the shake weight to actually work great. but now i feel im stuck and not sure how to get out of this rut. i dont do the gym thing cuz frankly its too dang expensive. so any tips how to flatten and tone a worn out belly would be great!:) thanks!
