With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Ok, so I'm new here and to the whole fitness community. I weigh around 280 and I have no access to a gym. Any advice? I don't know how to diet, what and when to eat, so please help.

Welcome Jac22. Are you male or female? Where are you carrying your wieght? What's your current diet? Do you do any type of activity now? And you most certainly do have access to a gym! The world is our gym! Go outside!
