hey guys- I'm 16 yrs old, 5'5" 142#. would like to lose 10# and/or clothes size(currently sz 9) by Xmas. not alot of body fat(20%). run track and cheer. workout schedule BEFORE signup:
sun-mon- allstar squad practice 2hrs(intense)
mon-fri- track practice 50 min, alt running/wts
2 more days/wk- 60-90 min either cardio/wts
EVERY DAY- stomach, 6-pak under tiny layer of fat!! looking pretty good....
I want to lose in hips/thighs. lots of muscle in legs. good muscle tone in upper arms/back thanks to 7 wks on crutches(cheer injury). I don't eat the right food, will work on that. I'm very motivated, but get discouraged when I don't see results..I plan to follow the exercise plan EXACTLY but will continue my track/cheer stuff. any suggestions? thanks..

Welcome jessbhxoxo, As Robert has mentioned watch your diet I have been amased to find out how much your diet comes into the picture I have herd many times diet 70% exercise 30%. I thought if you worked out enough you could pretty much eat what you want "incorrect". Sound like you got the workout down which is great so improvements in the kitchen will make the difference, Good luck

Hi Jess,
Nutrition is a big part of it. Wish I knew this when I was younger. Learn all you can and you will be miles ahead of the pack.
