I used to be in the ARMY... after I got out, I got lazy etc... Never was big, just toned... now I am watching myself fall apart weight / body wise...
Issues: 1. Bad Diet =( 2. No exercise routine 3. No support 4. Lazy Sod 5. I guess I dont follow through or comit anymore... 6. At least I am honest =)
I have 2 pieces of equipment at home: 1. Treadmill AKA the clothes rack 2. Health Rider - AKA Garage monument 3. Oh ya I have a couple of light weigth dumb bells 5-10 lbs
Goals: 1. I want to loose weight 2. I want to loose my gut 3. I want to start getting in shape 4. I want to feel good about myself again 5. I dont want to be lazy anymore
Welcome to FT .. I'd say your in the right place. With all the people here who know what they are doing They can help you acheive your goals. And hey who knows I may be able to answer a question or two myself, all depends on how difficult a question you ask lol.
