Hi My name is Liz and I am 26, 5'11" and about 200 lbs. The workouts are understandable but when it comes to the nutrion part I am totally lost. Any hep would be great.:(

Couple tips, stay out of the potato chip aisle! :)
Actually, eat five or six smaller meals a day to meet your caloric goals. Drop any 'white' products, like bread.
Also, check out the Diet and Nutrition forum... lots of ideas there... and make sure to read the Grocery List!
