Hey all, i'm 15, male and from Australia! I think the fact that this site provides a personal fitness program for free is great! I'm skinny so i'm hoping to build some muscle etc, but I do have a question after looking at my fitness program.
I start my 8 week program May 1st, and I was viewing my program for the first week and i'm meant to fill in (when I've completed the exercise) how much weight I used. But do I need to fill in anything for abdominals which involve no weights? May be a stupid question but i'd just like to clear things up prior to starting. Excited to start and excited to be here!
It doesn't really matter as long as you're consistent. You'll want to add some resistance at some point so for example, you're just using body weight now, just fill in zero. When you start adding weights, that will show help you track your progress.
