:)Hello, new here. I'm 34 and want to lose 30 lbs. I have joint and muscle problems that make losing weight a challange, so hoping this place can be a big help. I only eat fish and chicken, no other meats. Want to find low-fat and healthy ways to cook, so as to help teach my kids why they are still young. By the way, what does "tr" mean when listed in the fat grams instead of a number?
