Hi. just recently joined up with Free Trainers.
I've recently had to give up all my sports electives at school because my parents want me to take academic subjects.
Anyway, I'm looking for an effective exercise program that I can fit into a busy schedule, that keeps my fitness levels up, as well as helping lose some weight.
Suggestions and comments would be great. :)
