Nyxtikal, thanks for responding. Some of my goals are that i would like to have a program for the gym that will be productive. I dont want to be another 1 of those idiots that go to the gym and bench all day thinking they know what there doing when they really dont. I would like to have some kind of diet plan. Someone gave me suggetion to diet but remember i am new i dont even understand the lingo yet.
I hope this will help to give me some suggestions. I am 28 years old i have no expierence working out(not organized anyway). I weigh 225 pounds i reallydont want to loose my weight,i would like to turn to muscle....HOW????

Hi,
I'm also new to ft. I weigh 405 lbs. My goal is to lose 250 lbs. I've already lost 13 lbs before joining ft. but it was tedious because I didn't have any direction. ft looks to be a very good site and look forward to dropping the lbs. and becoming a healthy person in due time.
