In the last year I have gone from 205 to 175-185! I'm looking to get some motivation back and quit partying. The great gain in mass and weight that I had a year ago was creatine inhanced, so when I quit taking it all the mass came off fast! Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and say whats up! Actually I'm trying to gain weight now, I had been at a weight I was happy with but it was helped via creatine. Now I'm back down to 180 and I'm 6'4"! Trying to get back to over 200 without the help of creatine!
I would take a look in the "Fit Buddy" below. Just type in a subject you want to read up about such as "gaining mass" and it will bring up many threads that were discussed in the past with good information for you to start on.
Also, just a suggestion try setting yourself up on a free workout routine at the top of this page. Just click on "Exercise Program" to get started. They are very good programs.
