Ahhh I am back to working out..but..I have had a second child and have two part time jobs so finding time to drive 30 mins to the gym and working out seems like a chore. I have mommy guilt about taking this time for myself. Need some reasurance...
work out at home then, there is a great at home program here and the library is full of dvds....or think of gym time as your 'me'ime away from the kids and get in there and enjoy prioritizing yourself for a while each dasy. Being fitter will translate to being a happier, calmer and more fun mom.
