Hi everyone! I am new to FT and new at all the working out jazz, it's been a really long time since I have done any major exercises due to an accident I put on alot of extra baggage about 120lbs of it UGH! I recently underwent WLS and have dropped 22lbs in the past two weeks and I know that without intense training and serious exercising I am going to be one flabby mammy So therefore any advise and any help from you guys that have been doing this for a while would be greatly appreciated . Thank's so much and I am glad that I have found this site.

Join one of Freetrainers great exercise routines and take a look (and read) around in the forums. You'll learn plenty of great stuff.
