Hi! my name is Leanne, and I just recently signed up to free trainers.com! I am already really enjoying keeping track of my food, and excercise. but!! I need a lot of help. I weigh 143 and im 5'2, My goal is to get RID!! of my belly fat, and get some muscle. I run every second day and do strength training the other days. I would appreciate help on what i can do to lose the weight and gain the muscle. I don't take any shakes or anything so if you have any suggestions? Also i can't seem to lose my belly fat, any more suggestions?? Thank you so much!!!
Just to keep up the good work on exercising and making sure you chose the right foods for your diet. The belly is one of my problems, and I've noticed that since I started working out and watching what I ate, it is starting to go away!!
