Hello. I'm new to the site. I'm trying to lose about 40 lbs. I'm having trouble understanding the diet tracker. Can someone explain to me how to use it?
Also, does anyone know of a site with healthy recipes or free meal plans? Trying to put together my own meal plan will be difficult for me.
