by the way, what do u recommend as a meal plan for like a regular day, the weight loss program said i should be aiming for about 2500+ cals...thats more then im eating now...do u think i should eat like branflakes, in the morning, a can of tuna (in brine) for lunch and 2 chicken breasts coated in a black pepper batter, oven baked? does that seem okay? and just substitute about the same cals, fat, carbs and so forth everyday or so?!

you'd like to try to get in 5 to 6 small meals a day, include as much protein as you can in foods like, fish, chicken, egg whites an cottage cheese. a couple of meal Replacements such as shakes or bars are a good meal as well and can fill in those empty spots. good carbs are red potatoes, rice and lots of vegies. hope this helps. remember also to use, non-fat milks, yogurts and cheeses. if you want less fat, you might want to cut the dairy down to a minimum.
