I was so excited to find this site! I am a 31-year-old female with high blood pressure and today found out I also have high cholesterol. I have tried off and on for the last five years to drop some weight and have not been successful. I cannot say I have always been extremely serious about it, but now with the added health issues, I am very serious. I need to find an exercise program that fits my schedule and can be routine along with some good food health tips. I have four young children I need to stay here on earth for so I decided I really do need to start caring for myself. I am hoping for some help and good insights.

Thank you. I am enjoying the information I am finding on this site. Is there a way to reset the start day for the exercise program? I have my date to set as the first week after New Years for the whole mental preparation and also to get the right kind of groceries in the house. My husband also joines so we will be doing this together. I am very excited to get started.

I haven't done the programs for a long time but it used to be easier just to change your program and start it over. There wasn't a way to reset but at the least, you can print it out and just use it on the days you want.

Thank you for letting me know. My husband got into it too, so we are starting today anyhow. The morning thing will be hard this week as getting up is hard. We have 3 people in the house with chicken pox so it is a sleep when you can thing. But, the exercises are still going to be there and that is what matters!!
