HEY GUYS iM ASHLEY iM 13 && iM NEW. i NEED SOME FOOD PLANS. THiS iS MY DAiLY PRECENTAGES:

PROTEiN-90 G
Carbs.- 225 G
Fats-17 G


i NEED SOME lUNCH AND SNACK iDEAS SO i DONT EAT TOO MUCH FAT. ANY SUGGESTiONS?

it is difficult to comment on your daily percentages when we don't know what you weigh or what your goals are. Have a look at the grocery list for healthy living located in the diet and nutrition forum (it's thumbtacked). You can't go wrong chosing foods from this list. For lunch a portion of lean protien (chicken,tuna) some veggies (salad) and some whole wheat bread (whole wheat tortilla) and a small piece of fruit would make a well balance lunch. Good snacks are a handfull of nuts, low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, fruit...to name a few. Browse around the site and learn all you can about nutrition and exercise and you'll be well on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
