I have been using this site for the past two weeks and I have really found all the information very helpful and motivating; however, the first week I was sick and was only able to complete 3 out of my five day routine, and this week I am sick again with a head and sinus cold. If I dont exercise today it will make 5 days since my last workout...Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Nothing scientific about this post but you'll find a bunch of folks on here routinely supplement with glutamine, vitamin C, E and good multi-vitamin/mineral. There's been some really good research ref glutamine and the immune system (I'll see if I can't dig up some articles I've saved). My now wife and I have been taking these for several years now and we've avoided the colds routinely passed by friends and family. I'd be curious if anyone else has the same results.

Well I guess im sold on mikencharleston's advice. Just got over a cold and left with a sinus ache. I had to lower my weights while I kept working out. Lots of rest and vitamins help.
