Hey guys. My name is Amanda, and I'm new.
I've tried the gym route before, but I work tons, and travelling to and from the gym 3-5 times a week is not a realistic idea, in theory and in practice. I figure working out a plan for home would be best.
I'm 21 years old, and I've managed to gain 105 lbs in a year, laziess, a desk job, eating on the go, those sorts of things.
I'm looking to drop the 105 that I gained, and build some structure for my body so it can handle the stressful job, and life in general.
Kind of scared, but willing to give it a shot.
