I just came to realize that my weight is getting a little high and I have not been working out at all. I stopped working out last winter and pretty much did not take care of my body. I drank a lot, ate a lot and smoked a lot, so. I would love to quit smoking, eat healthy, burn fat, gain muscle and extend my lung power. Any help would be great. Thank you.

Good to hear you want to quit smoking and eat healthier, those 2 things alone wil improve your life dramatically. Bounce around the message boards and start learning the right way to donthings. There's a search feature at the bottom of the page that will usually get you lots of info on anything you might want to know about as most topics have been covered in detail at one time or another. If you still feel unsure, just post your question in the correct forum, someone will be sure to help you. Explore the whole site, lots of very useful stuff here. Good luck and welcome to FT!!!

Put down the cigs, clean up the diet, go to the gym and do weight training (3X a week)and cardio(2-3X a week). Within a month you'll feel 1000 times better then you do today.
I know it sounds easier then it is...but nothing worth getting is easy.
