I'm at the point in my life where if I don't get things under control, it will be hard if I start any later. I'm 24, soon to turn 25, 5'6" and 176 lbs. Started my exercise routine in April at 187 lbs, the 1st mth the weight dropped really nicely, now it seems so hard to reach my goal of 150 lbs. So here I am joining ft to get extra insights and help on what I really need to do. Here goes...
Good luck with your goals you are headed in the right direction. Seems like you possibly have hit a plateau in your work out regime. Maybe try changing things up a bit and and adding different types of cardio, plus you might want to check your diet and what your intake is as well.
