Hello,

Was surfing the web looking for a new program to use in the gym and came upon this site. Last year I used AST Sports Sciences' MAX-OT Program. I enjoyed using it and gained a lot of strength and some mass but this year I wanted to do something different.

Looking to lean out and get some good definition. So I'm using the FT fitness plan and started day 1 today. Looking forward to seeing how this works out for me.

I think I'll be fine on the fitness plan, it's the diet tracker thing that I'm going to have a hard time with. I don't eat junk food often, but I'm pretty ignorant in the kitchen and my eating times are kind of spur of the moment which I know hinders my workouts - it's just chaotic to get it into a schedule and eat what I should eat when I should eat it.

So hopefully I can tackle that using this site. I'm pretty busy and don't know how often I'd be able to post on this forum, but figured I'd at least check in and say hi. I put in a photo but don't know when it will show.
