Hi everyone, I'm new to the group. I've always been in realtively good fitness, however with the stresses of college I am finding it harder to keep it up, so, here I am trying to renew a commitment to fitness. I could stand to lose about 15 lbs and get a little more flexible. Can't wait to meet y'all!
