you know i never thought i would get into church, but i have been, my pastor talked to me alot about the Lord lately,
and on this past sunday i accepted Jesus as the savior of my soul, and i have never felt this great, i really have not, i mean i have had some messed up things going on in my life but, now thats all different, i feel so great about my self, are there any others like me out there?

That's really great that you have accepted Jesus. I wish I could do that. I have before, only thing is that I have gone away from Jesus. I don't know I just want to have a better relationship with Jesus

yeah its really cool, i mean for once in my life i am not worried about all the bad things in it, and i am focusing on the good, i mean everyday we get up and breathe, we don't have to, but we do, because of him. i mean i am just
as happy as i can be at this point, i am ready to live my life according to him.

My husband actually made that same decision less than a year ago and had pretty much the same reaction as you. I think its amusing that he had to go to Iraq to find God. :big_smile:

Sometimes it takes something more than the norm to make us realize where we should be. My husband is working on it right now, thanks to watching "the Passion of the Christ" Before we saw that, I thought I was going to be doing it on my own, or at least until God literally reached down and smacked him upside the head. It's not really about how we get there, but that we do get there.
