Hello everyone. I'm not sure where to begin, but my doctor recommended the Atkins Diet for me. Unfortunately, I really have to start small with the exercise and cannot resume my normal workouts as they were, at my fitness center, in the past. I'm looking for an exercise program suitable for my "just beginning" condition. For the most part, I have been couch/bed ridden for nearly five years. However, two years ago I lost 48 lbs. and was very fit; I worked very hard but then could no longer maintain due to chronic fatigue which debilatated and disabled my efforts. Now being properly treated, I was instructed by my doctor to resume my diet and exercise regimen. The diet, I'm fine with and had a lot of success ... but gave up since I could not do the shopping and my dear saint of a husband just had to get us by alone as best he could. The exercise, however, is another story and I'm at a total loss as far as where to begin. So here I am!
