I have just found this site today and it seems great. I have put on 14 pounds since christmas and i need to lose it. Iam normally 8st and now iam 9st 4Ibs. Iam starting my diet on monday so hopefully i should lose it in a couple of months. i joined the gym last week and iam really enjoying it so far. Well thats about it for now see you all later.
