I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it is gone past me I will turn to see fear's path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain

Hey, I'm 14 and have just started aswell. As mike sez, if you stick to the program, you should be ok, as long as you filled out the login questions honestly.

You will find that these routines work very well just stick with them. Gradually add more weight as it becomes easier.
Welcome and good luck.

Just remember to be patient. Stay with your program and good things will happen!

It also helps to read the posts in the Beginners and General forums on a regular basis. There is an amazing amount of useful information provided by the members of this site!
