Hey guys I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Jody and Im 19 years old. I joined this site hoping to get a workout plan that I could actually stick to. I weigh 110lbs which would be great if I didnt have these hips that seem to overpower the rest of my body. Im really hopeing to tone down my hips and tighten my stomach area to really start feeling better about my overall look. So Im starting my workout on Monday and I hope all goes well!:big_smile:
