Hey I am new to this site and I just joined a gym..and didn't want to spend the money on a trainer so hopefully I can follow these workout plans. The plan was very specific on how to use the machines..but when do I do the Cardio I would like specifics on how much and how long and which machines. I am wanting to drop weight and tone up. I am also doing weight watchers. If anyone could throw some advice my way..I would really appreciate it.

Congrats on your lifestyle change and welcome to the site.
Depending on how often you can go to the gym try doing cardio a minimum of 5 times a week. Intensity will depend on your age as one's target heart rate is based on age. When you do your cardio is up to you, some do it before and some do it after, if you decide to do it after, at least do 10 minutes before your training just to warm up. Hope this helps.
