Hello.First off I love this place,Its awesome.Im Luna'28 yrs old,and 140 lbs.I worked out often in the past but two kids later the pace has slowed,until now that is.I'm back and want to train hard for the fitness America Pagent.I could use as many tips as possibe,I have never trained like this before.I cat get a personal trainer for another month or so and was hoping Ya'll(oh yea,I'm from the south baby)Could help a girl out.:big_smile:

Welcome! Remember to fill out your profile with detailed info . The more info, the more people will be able to help. Then sign up for one of the workout programs here and get started (or get with your trainer)! Even using the site alone has been a total success for myself and many others. If I can do it, anyone can! Good luck!
