Hey i'm just new here and i was looking for a plan to get a bit more fit for rugby. I'm not a member of a gym, but i do have a pair dumbells. I just got my exercise plan. And i was wondering whether there were any tips i could get on how to improvise some of the equipment. Like i don't even have a bench to do some easy stuff on and the other thing is a pull up bar.
I'd appreciate some feedback
Thanks

if you have a strudy coffee table - I have used that before
or one of those cardio step platforms

check out the local parks for a pull up bar

Thanks for the sugestions, I was thinking instead of a coffee table i have a ton of boxes. Like plastic ones, they're pretty sturdy but i haven't tried it yet.
