Hey everyone my name is matt im from wisconsin, i am currently trying to get a job on a fire department. I am here to find a workout program that will help me tone by stomach, and build some arm mass.
You're going to need more than just arm mass - You also need overall body strength as well as endurance. I just did a quick google on the net and used the string firemans workout and got thousands of hits. Here's one:
