Hey everyone...I'm a new guy to the site (well, i've been signed on with the site, but am newly starting to use it). I'm 30 years old and work in retail. I just recently took an office position which drastically dropped my activitiy level. I also moved a few months ago and have not been able to get into a new gym yet. I'm 6'2" and about 155lbs. My goal is to put some overall weight on with some tone/defenition. I know I will never get REALLY bulked up....but I would like some. I'm really looking also to change eating habits...start eating more healthy. SO with this all said... if anyone has any pointers, they would be greatly appreciated.
Oh...and I went through and did my training/workout plan...and I selected the abs 12 week...but when I go into view the workout schedule..nothing shows up...anyone know why? (when doing my profile I also tried to select the glutes thighs, and it would not let me)
