Hey everyone... I've spent the better part of the morning trying to look for some type of free site that could help me set up a workout routine. I think this is just the one and I like all the extras, including the message boards. I'm totally new at working out. I played a lot of sports as a youth, but after college it was downhill with work. Well, I'm changing all that and motivating myself to look and feel good again.
I look forward to spending time reading and writing the boards. I'm sorry in advance for what may be some stupid questions, but like I said, I'm new to spending 3-4 days a week in the gym. But I'm motivated, my fiancee is in it with me. We're excited to look and feel good.
