Well looking around google for some workouts to do I found this website so thought I would give it a try. I'm currently working out 3 to 4 times a week trying to get in shape and looking at pushing it up to 5 or 6 to continue losing the weight. I've dropped about 10 lbs but have started becoming demotivated so I'm hoping this will help me get back on track.
