Hey everyone,
New guy here, I'm a 25 year old male that's stands about 6'1" and weighs in at about 155lbs. Obviously I am not a big guy, however I would like to add about 30lbs to my frame and I don't want to get fat either. I plan on getting into the gym 5 times a week and eating properly. I haven't been in a gym since high school and I really don't have any clue how to go about obtaining my goal. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
