This is a great website.
I am a 6'0 tall 165 lbs.
I have started lifting again after 2 yrs off serious training, but kept in shape to some degree. I used to lift 3-4 a week. Max Benched over 300 and repped 225 wide grip for 8 at one time at a weight of 178 lbs which is pretty big for me.

I just started training again and now at 30 it seems something is happening that never happened before. My muscles are getting rock solid. I was wondering if anybody has a program that works well for hard gainers (skinny wiery guys that eat more than anybody).

My recent success has been just getting those last 2 reps up. I mean the ones that absolutely kill you. I beleive this is the only way for us ectoomorphs(skinny person with a linear appearance, small muscles, ultra fast metabolism, low body fat, narrow shoulders, hips and waist) to gain.

Anxious to hear from you and good luck with your program

"hardgainers" just need to eat more. Welcome to FT. There is a lot of info here as well as many great people to help you meet your goals.

Yup...it's all in the diet. Being a hardgainer myself, I've heard that typical "I eat more than anyone." But when you add up everything eaten that day, it's not even close to what it's supposed to be.

Welcome to FT!
