ok, theres a friend, who wants to build a littel muscle, get in shape u know, so what should i do with him, the fitnes-trainer says, its dangerous to start with such a program like i have rightaway, but i dont think so, he just needs to do less reps and less exercises for the start, what do u say?

Sign him up for a FT programme, just let him go light on the weights so he can learn proper form and then start adding weights.
Never compromise form over weights.
It also depends on his current state, age, sex, weight, goals, etc.
good luck

If he is brand new, the trainer may indeed have a point. Probably best to start him out with a full body workout, say 3 days per week with some cardio sprinkled in. You have to get the body trained to train, as silly as that sounds. See, the ligaments, tendons, connective tissues, etc. are not as strong as the muscles and can't keep up. Especially so in the beginning, and going too fast can damage/strain a ligment, tendon, etc. very easily.

what I like to do, when I did "train" my freinds......was a get in shape.... to get in shape workout. Liek bb says, they need to get used to this new thing, and overload could hurt them or turn them away.
I usally pick the easiest lifts, or moves and do 3 sets 12 reps a piece.
bench press, bb bent over rows, leg presses, squats......stuff that technique is easy to pick up on, do that for about 3 weeks then add stuff like, more weight, more complicated lifts etc.
