i'm new to the forum i just signed up today and will start monday. i use to work out from jan. to the end of april. when i had a baby. and havn't had as much time.(scince i stopped working out i lost 10 lbs.) but i am going to get back into it i will be starting monday. i chose beginer status, but when i saw the work out routine i didn't look to hard i don't know should i try novice or just start with that and go to novice after will i see a lot of results after the 8 weeks. and what is the recomendation on cell tech and protien drinks. i am 5'9 and 155 not looking to get a whole lot bigger just maybee 10 lbs and more tone. thanxs.

Welcome to FT. Fill in your profile. I have always been instructed after taking a break from a physical activity to start off easy to get the body back into a routine. Therefore go with you thought of basic for a time and if it is to easy increase to the novice. This way you will physically get the body accustom to the workouts again.
