Hi everyone. I am currenly 6'4" and 239 lbs. I have lost 40 lbs to date starting on January 1, 2005 (280 at start). I started the "half diet" (eating half of what I normally do) and sparatic lifting/running (do it hard for a week, and nothing for 2 weeks and start over) Looking to lose another 15-20 lbs and get muscled. Looking forward to learning from the wealth of info on this site.
