Hey everyone. I joined a gym about 3 weeks ago and have really been watching carbs, and I'm down 10 lbs so I think I'm on the right track. I love cardio (go 6 or 7 miles between the machines daily) but when it comes to weight training I am clueless. I grew up on a farm and have been somewhat freakishly strong all my life without working out, and my current job has me lifting alot also. But after reading some stuff online it seems like weight training is key, so here I am, looking for a good routine. I've got ALOT more weight to lose, so any advice would be great.
