Im new here..I just wanted to introduce myself..My name is Kristy and Im from Orlando Florida...I just recently had a baby and I am trying to lose weight...Ive been on Atkins for the past 3 weeks and have lost 10lbs and 7 and half inches....
Im just really sick of this diet and want to do a different one...I was wondering if any of you have any ideas on what I could do...Mabe something like the 5 mini meal diet?...I started walking and doing some exercises in my home....

Welcome to FT, Kristy! Why change something that has been working? If it has stopped, then I can recommend a more balanced diet to help you get over your plateau. Remember, to lose weight, it's simply burning more calories than you intake.
