Hello everyone! My name is michelle and I have just recently started working out again. I'm married and I have two beautiful twin boys, almost 16 months old. I work part-time as an LPN in a personal care home. I'm 5'4 and weigh 158 lbs. I desperately need to loose weight. I guess I'm not doing sooo bad since I weighed 205 lbs when I delivered my babies. I used to be a fanatic about health and fitness about five years ago but when I started nursing school, I gave it up. My main goal is to loose fat and build muscle, concentrating on my abdominals and especially my love handles I would also like to get some lift to my breasts. I do a lot of cardio and eat sensibly. I also lift weights which I love. If anyone has any suggestions on how to lift the parts of me that have drooped south please advise!
