HI all i just want to intro myself im cindi from Massachusetts i have in the last 5 weeks begun a regimn of low carb lifestyle and exercise lost a initial 20 pounds and got stuck for 3 weeks now im eating meals and snacks and still within a low cal and low carb diet i do 45mins to 1 hour in cardio alone 5 days a week and 30 mins of nautalis 3x week i am seeing inchs fade but at 240 i would love to see the weight go.. any sugestions to whats happening or is this a matter of it will come off eventually? thanks for the welcome:dumbbell:

You should switch things up a little. I would suspect your body has already adapted to your routine so you will need to constantly change things to see results. Try HIIT cardio instead of regular cardio and maybe increase your nautilus to 4x per week. Don't rush the weight loss...be patient.
