Hello All!! I recently joined and I am enjoying all the valuable information. I am 27 yr old female about 200 pds. I am looking to lose about 50 pounds and firm up. My biggest concern is my belly. I am going to try this out for a week or so and then i may upgrade to the "pro". If anyone has any information on the BEST way to lose belly fat that would be wonderfu;!!

Diet and weight training with Cardio at least 2 times a week. Notice I said Diet first then weight training then cardio.
