Hey everyone,
Im new to this site and i must say for a new comer, i am already impressed by what this site has to offer. Anyway im glad i finally found a site that is very informative about health and physical exercise. My personal goals includes; developing "strength", speed and endurance. What i mean by "strength" is actual physical strength and not bodybuilding "hollywood muscle" as Pavel Tsatsouline puts it. I'll let you guys know how my training is going and if i have questions I wont hesitate to ask.
