Hi everyone I am new here. I have been going to the gym now for 2 months and have lost 15 lbs!!!! Now I only have 85 to go.:laugh: I am also a diabetic and have had some complications come up. So now I am trying to get my self together and get healthier. Any comments and advice would be great.
