Just joined in the hope that a planned exercise regime will keep me focused and motivated to reach my goal of losing 2.5 stones and toning up in the process. I'm a bit confused with the site as the layout isn't quite what I'm used to but I'm hoping that with practice, it will become easier to navigate and understand...
